Dakkeh Refund Policy

Returns

Dakkeh upholds a 14-day return policy. Should 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note, certain items are exempt from return, including perishable goods such as food and flowers, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and gift cards.

Partial Refunds

In some instances, only partial refunds are granted:

  • For opened food items.

  • If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specific number of days.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Recheck your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank regarding any processing delays.

  • If you’ve taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@dakkeh.ca.

Sale Items

We can refund only regular-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, email us at contact@dakkeh.ca and send the item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equivalent to your return’s value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the giver had it shipped to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the giver.

Shipping

Please send your return to the address above. You will bear the shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Dakkeh Return Policy

At Dakkeh , we value your satisfaction and offer a straightforward return policy. You have the liberty to return any product in its original state, for any reason, and receive a complete refund. In cases where the return is due to our oversight, we will cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid return label. This policy is effective for up to 30 days following the delivery of your shipment.

Please Keep in Mind:

  • Duration for Returns: Our commitment to address returns extends to 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Handling Damaged Goods: If you encounter a damaged item upon delivery, we request that you inform us within three days via email. We will either offer a replacement or send a prepaid return label for the item, exempting it from any restocking fees.
