Products listed on Dakkeh are sold, prepared, and fulfilled directly by individual vendors. Dakkeh is not the seller of record for third-party vendor products unless explicitly stated.

Payments made through Dakkeh are processed using approved payment providers on behalf of vendors.

By submitting payment information, you authorize Dakkeh and its payment partners to charge the applicable amount for your order.

Dakkeh facilitates payment collection but does not assume responsibility for vendor fulfillment obligations.

6. Pricing and Product Availability

Product pricing, inventory availability, promotions, and delivery timelines are determined by individual vendors and may change without notice.

Dakkeh does not guarantee product availability or pricing accuracy provided by vendors.

7. Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders are prepared and shipped directly by vendors.

Orders containing products from multiple vendors may be shipped separately and may incur separate shipping fees.

Delivery times are estimates only and depend on vendor processing and third-party shipping carriers.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Return, refund, and exchange eligibility varies between vendors.

Customers should review each vendor’s policies prior to purchase.

Dakkeh may assist communication between customers and vendors but is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly stated.

9. Vendor Responsibility
